Our FAQs

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM on Monday – Friday and 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Saturday. We are open on Sunday for pickup/boarding only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, CareCredit, Scratchpay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I make payments?

Payment is required at the time of service.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins as well as appointments!

What if my pet has an emergency after hours?

After hours, you can call 662-840-0110. You will be directed to one of our emergency hospitals.

If you cannot access service through the emergency line, please go to this website.

Does your hospital offer boarding and grooming services?

Yes, we offer both. Just call 662-503-7325 to set up an appointment or reservation.

What do I do if my pet is having surgery?

Before surgery, patients need to fast. Please take away all food, water, and treats no later than 11:30 PM the night before the procedure. All pets that are having surgery need to be checked-in between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM (Monday – Friday).

Yes, we do. Just call 662-840-0110 to make an appointment.
